Samantha Maloney was born on December 11, 1975 in New York City, New York, USA. She is an actress and composer, known for BASEketball (1998), Factory Girl (2006) and V.I.P. (1998).

Hole drummer, Samatha Maloney filled in for Motley Crue drummer, Randy Castillo for Motley Crue's Maximum Rock 2000 tour. Many Motley Crue fans thought that Maloney did such a good job on the drums that she was nicknamed Sammy Lee after the Crue's original drummer, Tommy Lee.

She has started her own company for drumming gear called www.drumsexy.com

Is no longer a member of Hole since they broke up earlier this year.
