Randal Malone was born on May 29, 1958 in Owensboro, Kentucky, USA. He was an actor and writer, known for Dahmer vs. Gacy (2010), Rat Scratch Fever (2011) and Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (2017). He died on July 28, 2024 in Los Angeles, California, USA.

In April 2006 he was honored by the SunDeis Film Festival at Brandeis University. Following the world premiere of his film, Psychon Invaders (2006), his friend Scott Feinberg, the Awards Coordinator, presented him with the festival's Hollywood Personality of the Year Award. Others honored at the festival included Margaret O'Brien, Celeste Holm. S. Epatha Merkerson, Jesse L. Martin, Mickey Kuhn and other industry figures also were in attendance.

...being given the opportunity to act in a film is one of the greatest of blessings. Anytime one is cast - for anything - one should be nothing less than flattered. If I had the choice between acting less days a year on good scripts or getting to act more days on bad ones then I choose the latter. Acting is a game of adult make believe that is all too rare. Knowing it's rarity, I savor every chance I get to play such a game.

I know more than any of the other so called "experts" about old Hollywood because I didn't read or write about it, I lived it.
