- What fascinates me the most about Hildegard Knef is that people can't get her right, because she had so many ambivalent qualities. And that she was very, very brave.

- I find that so many women today still subject themselves to an external dictation. Dressing up as a product and keep pleasing others, this belief is still on the consciousness of women. I do not know if it's men who dictate this or if women keep themselves trapped into this role.
- When like I a project, a film or a director, then you offer me whatever you want. I will play it so that I can find love for the role.
