- Mahipal was born on November 24, 1919 in Jodhpur, State of Jodhpur, British India. He was an actor, known for Sampoorna Ramayana (1961), Shree Ganesh (1962) and Tulsidas (1954). He died on May 15, 2005 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
- Mahipal became a recluse post his film career. He stayed away from the media and gave only one interview to S Ramachandran of Mid-day in 1992.
