Monster Maetsuka was born on March 19, 1962 in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. He is an actor, known for The King of Fighters '97 (1997), The King of Fighters '94 (1994) and Super Life-Form Transformers: Beast Wars Neo (1999).

Best known as the Japanese voices of Benimaru Nikaido, Ralf Jones and Choi Bounge in SNK NeoGeo's The King of Fighters video game series.

Best known as the Japanese voice of Kyoshiro Senryo in SNK NeoGeo's Samurai Spirits (AKA Samurai Shodown) video game series.
