- Maria MacDonell has worked as an actor and writer and in the creative industry for forty years, including documentary making and television presenting (BBC). Recently, with support from Creative Scotland, she has toured her own plays Miss Lindsay's Secret and LIFE, while working on Shetland series 10 and a variety of short projects.
