Michael was born in San Pedro, California on September 8, 1985. Growing up, Michael's parents noticed that he was a naturally gifted singer. After studying under Carol Weiss, Michael was hired to play "Chip" in Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" at the famed Shubert Theater. Michael simultaneously worked on other projects while he was performing on stage, such as staring on the Disney morning show, "One Saturday Morning," and filmed close to 40 commercials additionally. After his career on stage, Michael perused his television career. Michael worked with almost every prime-time house hold name in television such as, Suzanne Somers, Bert Reynolds, Candice Bergen, and Patrick Duffy, just to name a few. After numerous television appearances, Michael was hired by Aaron Spelling to work as a series regular on his show, "Winnetka Road," with Ed Begley Jr, Josh Brolin, Catherine Hicks, Meg Tilly and Megan Ward. While filming with Mr. Spelling, Michael did voice over work during his off time, and was hired by Broadman & Holman, to make a series of movies as soon as he was done filming Winnetka Road. After filming of his series stopped, Michael immediately began filming, "Secret Adventures," over the next year. Michael received recognition for his work on the film series, and was nominated for awards at the 15th and 16th Annual Youth in Film Awards, and the Young Actor Awards (1993 and 1994). He was also the recipient of a TV Guide award for his work on "Secret Adventures." After completing his work with Broadman & Holman, Michael went on to work with Carl Reiner, in "Fatal Instinct," Patrick Reed Johnson in "Angus," and Bill Shepherd in "For Parents Only. Michael MacLeod is the son of Christine V. Barry & Timothy Erwin. He has no Brothers or Sisters. He has no children.
