Biography

Joe Lynch was born on July 16, 1925 in Mallow, County Cork, Ireland. He was an actor, known for Thumbelina (1994), Ulysses (1967) and Glenroe (1983). He was married to Marie. He died on August 1, 2001 in Alicante, Spain.

Three children: Marcus, Linda and Emmy.

He came from one of ireland's oldest families on the Cork area.

Did a turn on The Ed Sullivan Show.

He once had a record in the Top Twenty.

As a comedian he began with the legendary Father O'Flynn turned sports commentator for Radio Eireann for a while then joined the Abbey Players starring in 'Playboy of the Western World@.
