Biography

Keith Lukens is known for Lights, Camera, War! (2000).

Has four brothers, three of which (Patrick, Nick, and Reid) attend his alma mater, St. John's School.

Was cast in "Lights, Camera, War!" because of his distinctive appearance. He would be easily recognizable from one scene to the next.

Was captain of the St. John's Varsity Swim Team his senior year, a team on which he swam with "Lights, Camera, War!" director Paul Ziemba.

Also played varisty football and varsity lacrosse at St. John's

Entered Stanford University in fall 2000

Performing onstage is just a little bit of casual masochism that I enjoy. I always had to play at piano recitals when I was little. Inevitably, about two slots before me, some two-year-old prodigy would play the same piece I was going to perform. Those type of kids always ended up really intimidating me, but I guess I was a sick enough puppy to keep coming back for more.

(regarding Richard Cooper, teammate on the St. John's Swim Team and costar of "Lights, Camera, War!) "Richard, though he has lived in the States for six or seven years, still clings doggedly to his British customs. Our (swim team) manager, Kamilla Petersen, a Danish exchange student, has had better luck than Richard dealing with Americans."
