Christopher Lucas is a native of Jersey City, New Jersey, and is best known for his role as the voice of corrupt politician Alex Shrub in the Grand Theft Auto video game series.
He's also appeared in recurring roles on shows like Celebrity Deathmatch, As The World Turns, One Life to Live and others, as well as co-starring as General Carter in the "Scare" trilogy from Narrow Bridge Films.
