Chris Lowenstein is a prominent leader in the film industry in Thailand, where he has lived for over 30 years. As the founder of Living Films, established in 1996, Chris has transformed the company into one of Southeast Asia's leading production houses, celebrated for its quality, integrity & dedication. Chris has produced over 70 feature films and television series, collaborating with renowned talents and delivering compelling stories across many genres. His recent work includes Ron Howard's acclaimed Thirteen Lives, chronicling the heroic cave rescue in Thailand, and the award-winning drama Tár, starring Cate Blanchett.
Most recently, Chris completed two full years of work as the producer on the first full season of Alien for FX/Disney-an ambitious TV series adaptation of Ridley Scott's original film. The project involved the construction of over 50 sets in Bangkok, making it the largest Sci-fi TV series ever filmed in Thailand.
