Stanja Lowe was born on September 5, 1929 in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. She was an actress, known for The Man Without a Face (1993), Ben Casey (1961) and Mannix (1967). She was married to John Marley. She died on December 4, 2012 in Arlington, Virginia, USA.

Her parents ran the Cleveland Playhouse for over 40 years.

She made guest appearances on both of the longest-running prime-time dramas in US television history: Gunsmoke (1955) and Law & Order (1990).

Her cousin, Mary Paxton Young, was married to Durward Kirby.

Born on the same day as Bob Newhart.
