Terry Loughlin was born on April 7, 1944 in San Diego, California, USA. He was an actor and composer, known for Out of Time (2003), The Punisher (2004) and October Sky (1999). He was married to Leslie Loughlin. He died on June 27, 2017 in Sebring, Florida, USA.

Served in Vietnam with the U.S. Army. Attained the rank of Specialist Five.
