- Back in my time, it wasn't as competitive as it is now. I always liked the people I worked with. They were nice, fun, open people. I made sure I wasn't taken advantage of. I had my own rules. What makes me sad is people who shouldn't be in the business in the first place because they don't have the emotional stability for this work. They're into drugs or desperate for money. This sets up naive young women for exploitation and gives the adult industry a bad rap. I never saw anyone coerced. I was never into drugs or drinking. I wasn't sexually abused as a child. I wasn't desperate for money or lacking in education.
- I had a different mindset than most of the girls in the industry. I had maturity and a sense of responsibility. I was running a business and managing my career at the time. I took it seriously. The other girls were more partiers. I was never much of a party girl. I've always liked being by myself. I didn't even live in the area. I lived in Orange County.
- I was always a free thinker.
