Lott, a graphic artist, designed the memorial plaque at the entrance of
Bruce Mackey Park on Degrassi Street in Toronto. Mackey was a long time resident of Degrassi Street, taught at Earl Grey Senior Public School, and offered up his home for filming of
The Kids of Degrassi Street (1979), the original show in the Degrassi series.
