Juliane Lorenz was born on August 2, 1957 in Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. She is an editor and actress, known for Malina (1991), Life, Love & Celluloid (2005) and Kamikaze 89 (1982). She has been married to Thomas Volker Wehling since 2017.

Became director of the Rainer Werner Fassbinder Foundation, Berlin (Germany).
