Tamara Lobova was born on 17 November 1911 in Pogar, Starodub uyezd, Chernigov Governorate, Russian Empire [now Pogarsky District, Bryansk Oblast, Russia]. She was a cinematographer, known for Zhukovsky (1950), Admiral Nakhimov (1947) and Marriage (1944). She died on 15 November 2007 in Moscow, Russia.
