- Antti Litja was born on February 21, 1938 in Antrea, Finland. He was an actor, known for The Grump (2014), Jäniksen vuosi (1977) and Mies, joka ei osannut sanoa EI (1975). He was married to Leila Litja. He died on July 13, 2022 in Helsinki, Finland.

- At the age of 16 he moved to Helsinki where he tried to work as an electrician, factory worker and car mechanic. During this time he played occasionally at the theater.

- After his military service, he was admitted to the Theater Academy in Helsinki, where he successfully studied acting from 1960 to 1963.
