Biography

Martyna Lisowska is known for Toffelhjältarna (1984), Solstollarna (1985) and Ännu mera Solstollar och Toffelhjältar (2007).

She is on the cast of the 2002 re-make of "Chess - The Musical".

Martyna was discovered as a 10-year-old when she was in fourth grade at "Adolf Fredriks musikklasser" (primary school with a focus on music) in Stockholm. The screenwriters Ola Ström and Per Dunsö were looking for a girl who could act and sing and who would be suitable for the role of "spökflickan" (the ghost girl) Cecilia in their upcoming TV series Toffelhjältarna (1984). When they asked in the teacher's room for a girl suitable as a ghost, they were shown to Martyna's classroom.

Daughter of the Polish singer Teresa Tutinas.
