Biography

Malgorzata Lipmann is a Polish actress, acting coach and casting director, working internationally across film, television and theatre. She graduated from the Aleksander Zelwerowicz Theatre Academy in Warsaw and trained at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in New York. She also holds a PhD in Theatre Arts and has developed her own approach that bridges European and American traditions.

Her credits include leading and supporting roles on screen and stage. For more than a decade she has collaborated with renowned Method Acting teacher Robert Castle, assisting his international workshops.

As a casting director, Lipmann has contributed to a range of film and television projects, while as an acting coach she supports both actors and directors in building truthful and compelling performances. She is also a board member of the Polish Actors' Union (ZZAP) and President of the Polish Professional Actors' Association, actively engaged in strengthening artists' rights and international collaboration.
