Mariana and Enrique Diaz are parents of two girls named Elena and Antonia.

Sister-in-law of actor Chico Díaz.

She was Walter Salles' first choice to play Eunice Paiva in I'm Still Here (2024), but she couldn't commit to the role due to health issues at the time. Fernanda Torres was cast in the role instead.

She married Enrique Diaz in 2019, but the couple have been in a relationship since 1997. They broke up in 2024 but remained good friends.
