Steve Ligerman

Steve Ligerman has been in the entertainment business since he was seventeen. He spent four years as the Executive In Charge Of Production for "Entertainment Tonight," he was Coordinating Producer for "Access Hollywood" and also served as the Executive In Charge of Production for the long-running variety show "Solid Gold." Ligerman also produced the first taped shows at the Disney MGM Studios in Orlando and has also done several network specials including "Magic In The Magic Kingdom," "The Grammy Awards," and "The 50th Anniversary Of Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs."

Formed in 2003, his company, Leaf, Scheinfeld and Ligerman, has commitments from PBS, American Public Television, Bravo and A&E networks for specials spanning the next twelve months. The company recently produced a special 2-hour episode of A&E's Biography, "Andy Williams - The Days of Wine and Roses," that aired with high ratings in November. LSL's special "Jack Paar; Smart Television" is currently airing on PBS, offering very rare footage of guest appearances by John and Robert Kennedy, Muhammad Ali, Woody Allen, Bill Cosby, The Smothers Brothers and Judy Garland. In March "Rosemary Clooney; Girl Singer" is set for broadcast on PBS and "Andy Williams; My Favorite Duets" will be supplied to public TV stations across the country by American Public Television. Also this year, LSL is producing a five-part series "The 100 Greatest Television Characters of All Time" for Bravo.

Leaf, Scheinfeld and Ligerman also produced "Bob Hope; The Road to Laughter" which aired last May on public television. They were also the producers of "Vintage Sinatra," which began airing this past August, also on American Public Television and "In Search Of Heaven" for the National Geographic Channel.
