Ron Licari is a veteran motion picture armorer with over four decades of experience in the film and television industry. A proud member of IATSE, he has served both Local 44 and Local 479, bringing deep knowledge, professionalism, and consistency to every production he supports. Ron’s background includes being involved with industry safety training for IATSE, as well as the California Fire Marshal training class. He is highly proficient in both blank-fire and live-fire safety, with a long track record of maintaining the highest standards on set. His approach is grounded in preparation, communication, and strict adherence to established safety protocols. Throughout his career, Ron has worked across a wide range of productions, collaborating closely with directors, performers, assistant directors, and crew to ensure safe, efficient, and seamless execution of all firearm-related action. His experience, calm presence, and attention to detail make him a trusted resource on set.
