- Cibo Liang was born on November 18, 1905 in Xinhua County, Guangdong Province, Hong Kong. He was an actor, known for Sheng Bao Gong Yeshen Jian Guo Huai (1952), Die ying hong li ji (1959) and Wuqing baojian youqing tian (1964). He died in 1992 in Hong Kong.

- Took his stage name from Cibo Zhu, a master opera singer in the Huanqiule Troupe whom he especially respected.
