Biography

Mal Leyland was born on October 2, 1944 in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, England, UK. He is a director and editor, known for Wheels Across a Wilderness (1967), Ask the Leyland Brothers (1976) and Open Boat to Adventure (1970). He has been married to Laraine Leyland since 1969. They have one child.

He was awarded the MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) in the 1980 Queen's New Years Honours List for his services to film industry.
