Siu-Bing Leung was born on December 29, 1969 in Macau, China. She is an actress, known for The Duke of Mount Deer (1998), Unbeatable (2013) and The Stool Pigeon (2010). She has been married to Ka-Fai Chan since March 4, 2000. They have one child.
