Helaine Lembeck was born on April 16, 1952 in Los Angeles, California, USA. She is an actress, known for The Time Traveler's Wife (2009), Wild Hogs (2007) and Flightplan (2005). She has been married to William Woff since December 1, 1984. They have two children.

Helaine, and her brother Michael Lembeck, teach comedy acting at "The Harvey Lembeck Comedy Workshop" in Los Angeles, which was founded by their father.
