Constancia Laviola is a Brazilian-Spanish audiovisual producer, director and 1st Assistant Director who began her professional career in 1995. Her work spans film, television, documentary, advertising, branded content, music videos and large-scale events, with productions in Brazil and international projects.
Her television experience includes the Brazilian trilogy Caminhos do Coracao (2007-2008), Os Mutantes: Caminhos do Coracao (2008-2009) and Mutantes: Promessas de Amor (2009), where she worked for three years in a production environment that regularly involved green-screen shooting and visual-effects workflows.
Laviola has worked as a 1st Assistant Director on productions including HBO's documentary series Pacto Brutal: O Assassinato de Daniella Perez, winner of the 2023 Grande Premio do Cinema Brasileiro for Best Documentary Series, and Paramount Global / Porta dos Fundos' fiction series As Seguidoras.
Her international production experience includes Woman on Top starring Penelope Cruz, The Game of Their Lives starring Gerard Butler, the Olympic Games in Rio 2016, and Coldplay at Rock in Rio in 2022, where she worked as a Field Producer.
In 2000, Laviola founded Trio Brazil Film Support, a production-services company supporting international productions filming in Brazil. Through the company, she coordinated local crews, suppliers, locations and logistics for foreign production teams.
In 2021, she wrote, produced and directed the short film Quando O Sol Se Poe, which was selected for 18 international film festivals and received three awards.
In 2023, she wrote, directed and edited the music video Reggae Love.
In 2025, she completed a Master's Degree in Film Directing at Euroinnova in Madrid and screenwriting training with RTVE. In 2026, she pursued further professional development in Madrid with studies in Cinematic Assistant Directing at EIMA - Escuela Internacional de Medios Audiovisuales.
