Biography

Pauline Burt is known for Submarine (2010), The Machine (2013) and Creep (2004).

She was awarded the MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) in the 2024 King's BIrthday Honours List for her services to Film. She was the Lately, Chief Executive Officer for Ffilm Cymru Wales in Cowbridge, South Glamorgan, Wales.

Pauline continues to Executive Produce alongside her Advisory Board roles on the Arts and Humanities Research Council and Wales Millennium Centre, in addition to offering a consultancy service - Rethink Creative - that draws on behavioral science and systems design to support creative leaders.
