Titus Laptes is a Romanian film actor.He was born on June 12, 1930 in Bucuresti, Romania .He graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1952. In 1952, he plays first role in the movie Mitrea Cocor. Known for films :Aventuri la Marea Neagra (1972), The Devil's Ravine (1957) and Agentul straniu (1974).
