  • Vincent Landay is an Academy Award-nominated producer working across feature films and television. He is best known for his long-standing creative partnership with director Spike Jonze, producing Her (2013), Being John Malkovich (1999), Adaptation. (2002), and Where the Wild Things Are (2009). In television, he served as executive producer on season five of Noah Hawley's Emmy Award-winning series Fargo.

    Landay began his producing career in short-form storytelling, producing music videos and commercials for artists and brands including Björk, Kanye West, Jay-Z, R.E.M., Nike, Adidas, and Apple. His early work helped shape a generation of director-driven short-form filmmaking and received honors from the Grammys, Emmys, and Cannes Lions.

    His additional producing credits include the HBO documentary Tell Them Anything You Want: A Portrait of Maurice Sendak, the acclaimed Directors Label DVD series featuring Spike Jonze, Chris Cunningham, and Michel Gondry, and the short films I'm Here and Scenes from the Suburbs. Landay has also produced VR projects for Google and Facebook.

    Landay was a co-founder and consulting producer of VICE Studios, where he helped launch the company's inaugural feature slate, including the critically acclaimed film The Report. He also produced the Golden Globe-nominated musical drama Music, directed by Sia.

    Landay is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the Producers Guild of America, the Directors Guild of America, Film Independent, and the Television Academy.
