Biography

Was married to the Flemish actor Jan Gorissen.

Her film debut was in "Vuur, liefde en vitaminen"(1956). Later she appeared in numerous television series as 'De Zwarte tulp' en 'Medisch Centrum West' but in 1984 Pim Labeau played the imposing lead role of a dying mother opposite Thom Hoffman in "De Witte Waan" directed by Adriaan Ditvoorst. She also became known to a younger audience at an older age through her participation in the youth series "Het Huis van Annubis" in which she appeared in 192 episodes.

Lambeau studied at the drama school in Brussels and after the war in 1953 she started her career as a television announcer for the then Flemish television channel NIR, after which she also became a Flemish actress.

In 1963, love brought her to Arnhem, and she left Belgium for a man, also an actor. This relationship didn't last, but she did stay in Arnhem. Her career as an Arnhem actress could begin and she also became a teacher to pass on her acting talents to others.

Lambeau knew she wanted to be an actress since elementary school, after a teacher told her, "You have a raw voice, you're going to sing songs at our Christmas celebration." She did as she was told and had an incredible feeling; from that moment on, Lambeau knew, "I have to be an actress.".
