- Dagmar Ferencikova Edwards is a Slovak-American actress whose career spans theater, film, television, and commercial productions across Europe and the United States.
Born in the Czech Republic and raised in Bratislava, Slovakia, she graduated from the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava (VŠMU) with a Master's Degree in Dramatic Art and Theatre Science. Her early career was established on stage through classical and contemporary productions at the Slovak National Theatre, Theatre Astorka Korzo '90, Nová Scéna, and regional theaters throughout Slovakia.
She later transitioned into film and television, working in Slovak, Czech, German, and international productions. Her screen credits include Crazy Six, Der Ausbruch, Balko, Odsúdené, Druhá šanca, Dotyk života, Duchoň, Policie Hvar, and Vytoč môjho agenta.
Recent projects include the feature film A Prayer for the Dying, starring John C. Reilly and Johnny Flynn, as well as the television mini-series Ride or Die.
Based between Europe and the United States, Edwards continues to work in film, television, and commercial productions. She is fluent in English, Slovak, and Czech.
