Biography

Gina La Piana was born in Los Angeles, California, USA. Gina is an actor and producer, known for Intentional, Stay with Me (2019) and Ali G Indahouse (2002).

She was born in Brooklyn, New York to a Spanish/Puerto Rican mother and a Spanish/Italian father. She was raised in Corona, California by her musician father from the age of five. When she was 16, she moved to Los Angeles and quickly landed her first series, Boogies Diner (1994). She received a scholarship to attend the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and graduated from the three-year conservatory school, where she studied classical theater, film, and television acting.

In Knockout (1999), she is beaten by Fredia Gibbs in a boxing match.

To be completely honest with myself, I'd love to do more acting. Music pays the bills, but my dream is to do series television. In an ideal world, I would meld both of these facets. And maybe run the whole shebang, Sandra Bullock style.
