Tonia Kwiatkowski was born on February 12, 1971 in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. She is an actress, known for The Christmas Angel: A Story on Ice (1998), Cook's Champagne on Ice (1996) and Jefferson-Pilot Financial Pro Championships (1998). She has been married to David Ralls since August 1999.
