German, almost 6' 6" tall, Kurt was first seen as the blonde bad tempered tall guy in the famous comic group Os Trapalhões TV show. He was usually a villain. From TV he went to the Trapalhões films, many of them box-office hits. In his later years, due to Alzheimer's disease, Kurt, his wife and daughter where living in an asylum, where he eventually passed away. He was 70.
