Biography

Ravi Kumar was an actor, known for Sita Swayamvar (1976), Sri Raam Vanavas (1977) and Sivaji (2007). He died on April 4, 2025 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

His debut movie as a hero was Ullasa Yaathra (1975). After that he had acted a lot of movies in Malayalam and Tamil as hero.

He acted more than 100 south Indian films.

Kumar was a leading hero in the 1970s and 80s, and gained popularity for his villainous roles.

Ravi Kumar was an Indian film and television actor in Malayalam and Tamil movies and serials.

He was able to work in the film industry at a very young age. His father K.M.K. Menon had established a film studio in Thiruvananthapuram called Sree Krishna.
