- Jan Kuehnemund was born on November 18, 1953 in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA. She was an actress and composer, known for Hardbodies (1984), Bad Business (1996) and Vixen: How Much Love (1990). She died on October 10, 2013 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA.
- Founding member and lead guitarist of all-girl glam rock band Vixen.
- Quit Vixen in 1991. Was not part of the reformed Vixen who released an album entitled "Tangerine" in 1998.
- Kicked off the "Girls on Top" tour leading an entirely new lineup of Vixen. This lineup released an album "Live & Learn" overseas in 2006 (2007 in U.S.).
- Until 2013, was the only member of the classic Vixen lineup still in the group. She owned the Vixen name and toured with new band members as Vixen.
