Jaroslav Krcek was born on 22 April 1939 in Ctyri Dvory, near Ceské Budejovice, Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia [now part of Ceske Budejovice, Czech Republic]. He is a composer, known for The Ladykillers (2004), Knight of Cups (2015) and Para que no me olvides (2005). He has been married to Gabriela Kolarova since 1976. They have one child. He was previously married to Marií Spurnou.
