She is an actress and writer, known for Die Nonne und der Kommissar (2006), Sea of Lies (2008) and Heaven & A Thing Called Love (2005). She has been married to Harald Krassnitzer since 7 July 2009. She was previously married to Peter Finkbeiner.

Her son Leonhard (<a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm13505588/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">Leo Kramer</a>) (with <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0509583/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">Jan Josef Liefers</a>) was born in 1997.

Longtime companion of actor <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0469983/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">Harald Krassnitzer</a>.
