Kozlowski gained recognition for his roles in Psy (1992) and Kiler (1997). He was also known for his role in the TV series L for Love (2000). Throughout his career, he was associated with various theaters, including Teatr Nowy in Poznan and Teatr Narodowy in Warsaw.
