  • Theodore Kosloff was born on January 22, 1882 in Moscow, Russian Empire [now Russia]. He was an actor, known for The Tree of Knowledge (1920), To Have and to Hold (1922) and Sunny (1930). He was married to Maria Alexandra Baldina. He died on November 22, 1956 in Los Angeles, California, USA.

  • Dark-complexioned Russian-born silent screen actor, with Paramount in the 1920's as exotic or Latin romantic leads. He was also a professional ballet dancer, trained at the Imperial Theatre in Moscow and head of his own Russian ballet company which performed at London's Coliseum Music Hall for four years. After the advent of sound pictures, Kosloff worked as a private dance instructor and choreographer.
