- Jan Kociniak was born on November 8, 1937 in Stryj, Stanislawowskie, Poland [now Stryi, Ukraine]. He was an actor, known for Television Theater (1953), The Saragossa Manuscript (1965) and Misja specjalna (1987). He died on April 20, 2007 in Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland.
- Since graduating from the Actors School, Mr. Kociniak has worked at the famous Ateneum Theater in Warsaw, Poland.
