Victoria has portrayed more than 55 characters across 20 films, 25 television series and over 800 episodes of television drama.
Born in the Soviet Union, she moved to the Netherlands at the age of twelve. She learned Dutch from scratch and went on to build a successful television career, performing in the language at native level.
Victoria starred in the short film American Dreams as Marina, the Russian wife of Lee Harvey Oswald. The film won Best Short Film at the Hollywood Film Festival.
In 2016, Victoria learned Serbian for her role in The Paradise Suite, the Netherlands’ official submission for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film. In recent years, she has also been learning Ukrainian, driven by the ambition to represent her home country and bring Ukrainian characters and stories to the screen.
Since 2019, theatre has become a significant part of Victoria’s career. In 2025, she translated the Ukrainian play GOLEM by Sasha Denisova into Dutch and performed it 35 times across the Netherlands. The production combined her work as an actress with her commitment to bringing contemporary Ukrainian stories to Dutch audiences.
This year, Victoria demonstrates her versatility with three distinctly different screen roles: a witch in family feature, a countess in a seventeenth-century costume drama, and a role in a romantic comedy. The historical feature film Spinoza will soon premiere at the Netherlands Film Festival.
