Biography

Christopher Kinsman is a producer, director of photography, and multi-hyphenate production professional with over 25+ years of experience in the entertainment industry. He has worked at every level of production across television, film, and digital media for major networks and production companies, including Universal/NBC, CBS, Discovery, Lifetime, LMN, BBC, The Weather Channel, G4, Bravo, TBS, BET, The Comedy Network, Outdoor Channel, Sony, GoogleTV, and others.

Kinsman played key roles in two television firsts. He served as Stage Manager and First Assistant Director on Tom Green’s House Tonight (40 episodes) for Debmar-Mercury, the first live-streamed guest-host talk show, filmed and broadcast directly from Tom Green’s living room using an eight-camera setup and a small crew.

He also served as Director of Photography, camera operator, and pilot editor on The Game Plane (55 episodes) for Alpine Labs, an innovative game show combining elements of The Price Is Right and Cash Cab, filmed live aboard commercial airline flights traveling to Las Vegas.

In addition, Kinsman produced and edited the festival award-winning feature film Adios East Los for Eldorado Entertainment.

During the 2025/2026 Christmas Season, Kinsman Produced and Edited "#Worst Christmas Ever", which reached number 1 during the Christmas Week while streaming on Tubi. Kinsman’s post-production talent and experience were key in getting "Love Under Fire" a vertical micro-drama combining live-action, LED wall, AI, and time-proven cinematic technique, and was chosen by GoogleTV to launch their vertical streaming channel, and airing on Reelshort, the #1 vertical platform, where it gathered 2 million views in under 48 hours.

His credits span a wide range of roles, including Producer, Director of Photography, Second Unit Director, Editor, Colorist, Line Producer, Writer, Camera Operator, First Assistant Director, Unit Production Manager, Production Manager, Stage Manager, VFX Artist, and Post-Production Supervisor.
