Cleo King was born on August 21, 1962 in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. She is an actress and director, known for Pineapple Express (2008), Magnolia (1999) and The Hangover (2009).

Was a contestant on Hollywood Squares, but not as part of a celebrity show. She won $20,500 over two days.

Teaches pre-school.

Plays the character of "Grandma" on Mike & Molly (2010) to Reno Wilson's character, "Officer Carl McMillan," however, Reno Wilson, born January 1970, is only 7 years, 5 months younger than Cleo King, born August 1962, possibly the smallest age difference between actors playing grandchild and grandparent in regular series television history.

Has played cops in two different movies with very similar premises; Dude, Where's My Car? (2000) and The Hangover (2009). Both films feature people attempting to find something important the morning after, that they lost during their drunken misadventures the night before.

Although recognizable from many television and commercial appearances, Cleo King will unquestionably be remembered for all time for her classic line "Smell This Shoe!!" in her recurring role on the television drama Boston Public (2000).
