- Ray Kellogg was born on November 15, 1905 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, USA. He was an assistant director, known for Gentlemen Prefer Blondes (1953), The King and I (1956) and How to Marry a Millionaire (1953). He died on July 5, 1976 in Ontario, California, USA.
- During World War II Kellogg was a cameraman in the US Army, and one of his assignments was to cover the Nuremberg War Crimes Trials. Much of the footage familiar from documentaries of those trials was shot by him.
- Was known for his special effects work in the 1950s mostly with 20th Century-Fox, including Marilyn Monroe films.
- Famous matte artist who took over from Fred Sersen as head of the 20th Century Fox Special Effects Department in 1954.
- Died of cancer in an Ontaro hospital.
