Jessica began her career in film editing as a trainee on the popular
German TV series,
A Case for Two (1981) "A
Case for Two". In 1998, she graduated from the Center for Advanced Film
and Television Studies at the American Film Institute (AFI) where she
received the "Tommy Cross Award for Outstanding Achievement in
Editing", and earned a nomination at the American Cinema Editor's
(A.C.E.) Student Editing Competition.
