Has been performing since the age of 15 months, in London before emigrating to Australia when she was ten.

Concentrated on acting until 1975 when she decided to focus her endeavors on training and producing; opening the "Lynda Keane Talent School". She has also opened Keane Kids Management, the Keane Kids Studio and the Lynda Keane Studios, where such actresses as Rebekah Elmaloglou trained.
