- Geraldine Katt was born on February 4, 1920 in Vienna, Austria. She was an actress, known for Night on Mont-Blanc (1951), Zwölf Minuten nach zwölf (1939) and Es lebe das Leben (1949). She died on November 9, 1995.
- Viennese-born leading actress of Slovenian-Austrian parentage, trained at the Max Reinhardt Seminar and seen in romantic comedies and melodramas of the 1930's and 40's. After World War II, she concentrated on stage acting. After marrying the Swiss theatrical manager/director Hermann Juch, she moved to Switzerland and became a teacher of theology.
